EUAC Conference 2027
EUAC is very pleased to announce that the 2027 conference will be hosted by Artis. The Plantage Middenlaan 41, 1018 DC Amsterdam the Netherlands.
The conference will start on Sunday the 21 of March with the ice breaker
The Conference itself will be from Monday the 22nd until Thursday the 25th of March until lunchtime.
The Gala dinner will take place on Wednesday the 24th of March
Call for abstracts
The call for abstracts is now open. Please download this form to fill in. You can upload it using the link in the form or by emailing Lauren. We accept two abstracts per institution.
Deadlines:
Open call for abstracts: 15 October 2026
Call for abstracts close: Deadline call for abstracts 11 December 2026
Results: 18 January 2027

Artis is very conveniently placed in Amsterdam with a large selection of hotels all around. Below is a list of hotels around the area within walking distance. Unfortunatly we do not have any discount arrangements with these hotels at the moment. Please book your own accomodation through the hotel websites or a third party website (like booking.com). Prices below are based on 1 night in the week of the conferences.
